Before your procedure
- Complete the pre-operative tests and fitness check advised for your procedure.
- Follow the fasting and medicine instructions given by the team exactly.
- Inform us about blood thinners, diabetes, blood pressure or any other conditions.
- Arrange for a family member or companion to accompany you on the day.
After your procedure
- Take medicines and use nasal sprays or ear drops exactly as prescribed.
- Avoid strenuous activity, swimming or flying until your doctor clears you.
- Attend every follow-up visit so healing can be checked and cleaned if required.
- Contact us promptly for bleeding, high fever, severe pain or discharge.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
Booking in advance is recommended so we can keep your waiting time to a minimum. You can call, message us on WhatsApp or use the online form, and our team will confirm your slot.
Will I definitely need surgery?
Not necessarily. Our approach is accurate diagnosis first — many ENT conditions are managed with medicines and follow-up care. Surgery is recommended only when it is the right option for you, and the reasons are explained clearly.
What is Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS)?
FESS is a minimally invasive procedure performed through the nostrils using a thin endoscope. It treats chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps without external cuts, which usually means less discomfort and a quicker recovery.
Is a hearing test painful?
No. Audiometry is a simple, painless test done in our soundproof audiology room. You listen to tones through headphones and respond when you hear them.
Do you treat children?
Yes. We manage common childhood ENT problems including recurrent tonsillitis, adenoid enlargement, snoring, sleep apnea and ear infections.
What are the consultation timings?
OPD runs Monday to Saturday in morning and evening sessions. On Sundays, consultation is by prior appointment or for emergencies only. Please see the contact section for exact timings.
